I don’t design websites, not really; I certainly don’t code. My first sites were built using a WYSIWYG compositor, editing HTML when it couldn’t be avoided. For the last few years, of course, it’s been WordPress. There, too, I’m not writing HTML, I’m choosing templates and tweaking, adding in fragments of CSS if I have to. I really dislike the Gutenberg editor.
I did do a ridiculous amount of work on early versions of this site, making custom buttons and all sorts. Most of it wouldn’t have worked in formats that didn’t exist then, like mobiles and tablets. Some wouldn’t even have worked on different monitors.
Clockwork Gorilla was my fine-art gallery. Somehow, I failed to keep screenshots when I shut it down, so all I have left is the logo.
