How it's done
My MO for artwork is always the same: whatever gets the result. For the original
photography for these pictures, I use a selection of digital cameras, including
the one on my 'phone. For image manipulation, it's Paint Shop Pro with a
wide range of filters, plus other programs for specific effects. Some of these
images incorporate dozens of layers. Sometimes I have a particular look in mind,
others I simply experiment until I get something I like. In some cases I want
to emulate traditional media, in others I'm looking for something new. |
